Application

VSP4 is especially suitable for weak and irregular substrates, internally and externally. It provides an excellent background for all Strikocem (it) plasters (mortar group CSI, CSII, CSIII and CSIV).

Use Strikocem UNI-H Universal Render to achieve a key on to concrete substrates.

Properties (discription)

VSP4 is a adhesive render, specially developed to receive a good key onto weak or irregular substrates.

VSP4 has exceptional good adhesion properties. VSP4 is easy to apply by hand or machine.

Advice/application

Mix dry VSP4 with approx. 8L tap water into a lump-free, homogenous mass. Apply VSP4 by hand or machine.

Application with machine is favourable. VSP4 should be applied wartlike. On to weak, but irregular substrates the VSP4 can be applied 50% covered on to the substrate. On to weak- and oneven suction background VSP4 can be applied 100% covered. With internal use, or slow drying conditions, be aware of a cement skin. To prevent this from happening extra key-up the VSP4 with a nylon broom. 

Allow to harden and dry sufficiently (rule: 2 days drying time). Protect fresh and drying render against weather influences.
